Mohammad Junayed Mahmud is results-driven Functional Safety Manager with nearly a decade of automotive industry experience, specializing in the design, implementation, and governance of safety-critical systems. Proven expertise in ISO 26262 & ISO 21448 compliance, safety lifecycle management, and risk mitigation strategies for Driving Automated System (DAS). Started career in automotive sector as Test Engineer for ADAS (Camera system) in 2016 at ZF, consequently worked on several ADAS system (Camera & Radar) development for passenger car, worked on Item, System, System Integration & Software level. Later moved to safety department for ADAS/AD at ZF as Safety manager. Adept at leading cross-functional teams to align safety targets with engineering, regulatory, and business objectives. Passionate about advancing automotive safety innovation through collaboration, thought leadership, and practical application of safety standards.

Engineering Manager ADAS & AD Functional Safety, ZF Group

Fabio Garrido Ontivero is an Engineering Manager for Driving Automation Functional Safety at ZF Group with over 7 years of experience in the automotive industry. Started as FuSa Manager for Electronic Brake System (EBS) in Commercial Vehicles from 2017 until 2019 and moved to ADAS & AD for passenger cars. Until now he supported development for Radar, Camera, Domain ECU and ADAS Functions as FuSa Manager.
